Navigating the Updated Academic Calendar
Recent emergency closures and snow days have disrupted schedules. To keep you informed, we have outlined the updates in the academic calendar.
Adjustments to the Academic Calendar
Due to these unforeseen circumstances, West Ada School District (WASD) has altered the academic calendar to ensure our students continue to receive the best possible learning environment. Wednesday, January 24, is now a regular school day for all students, from pre-K to 12th grade, rather than a professional learning day without students.

Flexibility and Patience
West Ada understands that unexpected changes can have an impact on all parties involved. Your flexibility and patience are sincerely appreciated. If you have questions concerning Wednesday, please contact your building’s administrative team for assistance.
As they continue to monitor winter weather conditions, their priority is the safety of our students and their families. West Ada School District will keep you informed and communicate any further updates as needed.
Your cooperation and understanding are pivotal as we navigate these changes together.
Stay safe and stay warm throughout the winter season!
