There’s nothing like a good book to keep us company during our alone time, late nights, or even in between. Yes, we do get those moments, don’t we? We recently asked our group about their current reads, and did we get an impressive list? This blog post will take you through our bookworm moms’ lovely diversity in book taste. Eclectic Reading List
Katie Strack is halfway through Britney’s book ‘The Woman in Me’‘, thumbs up so far, and plans to read Matthew Perry’s memoir next. From pop culture personalities to local authors, our moms are exploring various genres.
For example, MariAnne JoAnne is enjoying a hilarious journey with AK Turner’s “This Little Piggy Went to the Liquor Store,” a raw and funny reflection on motherhood and more.
Robyn Smith cheerfully recommended an irresistible read, “The One Hundred Years of Lenni and Margot.“. She’s also fresh from finishing Matthew Perry’s book, which she declared a good one.
Kristin Covell Rogers is currently immersed in “The Four Winds” by Kristin Hannah. Jessica Bullwinkle is also a big fan of Sara Maas’s work and is diving into book two of the Crescent City series.
For Ginger Fithian, the adventures of Miss Peregrine’s peculiar children have begun as she just started book two in the series. Sharise Beasley, Karen Bridges, and Brandi Lynn Erskine are finding solace in The Bible, with Erskine accompanying it with a handy Bible recap app for a more enriched experience.

Charity Ball Johnson revealed her love for Richard Osman’s “The Thursday Murder Club” series.
Amy Tovar, a top contributor in our group, is revisiting Louisa May Alcott’s classic “Little Women.“. Another top contributor, Stefani Joy, has “Atomic Habits” by James Clear adorning her nightstand.
Lindsay Vallez recommended “The Book of Lost Names,” and Tami Taub is sinking into “The Idea of You.”.
Mitra Knickelbein raved about “Homefront” by Kristin Hannah (free on Kindle Unlimited right now!), and Jessica GK is currently flicking through “Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow” and “Your Next Five Moves.”.
Jerry Ann Barber recommends Christina Pishiris’ “Never Meant to Meet You,” which she calls “really entertaining.” Also, Taylor Ofiana Pancoast highly suggests “The Joy Luck Club.”.
Nikki Ford Sprott just finished “Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo” and is planning to dive into “The Boys in the Boat,” which is now a major motion picture.
Closing
The selections are as varied as our wonderful moms, from Moriarty by Anthony Horowitz, the Court of Thorns and Roses series by Sarah J. Maas, Prince Harry’s autobiography, to a recent start on Elizabeth Gilbert’s Eat, Pray, Love.
